The owners earliest memories of this area were taking their kids there in the mid-90’s when it was actually a Pumpkin Farm to pick out their Halloween Pumpkins! The home that sits lower in the private cul-de-sac is the original home, and it was surrounded by a Pumpkin Patch. The Cedar Hills Blvd extension did not exist. To access it, you had to take Barnes Rd to Cornell Rd, then drop down on a private road to the farm. When Cedar Hills Blvd was extended, developers purchased the land and incredible homes like this one on Pumpkin Ct were built. The owners were thrilled and jumped at the chance to own this Incredible Craftsman home that entwined Special Family Memories with Nature in this Incredible Close-in yet Tranquil Setting on a private street. The Pumpkin Ct name is a great tribute to its history. This unique blend of new developments mixed in with farmland roots and nature trails create a perfectly blended priceless gem of a location that is so close to everything yet surrounded by nature.
